EcoBook #10- Renewable Resources

Solar panels are a great way to save money and energy. They are generated by the sun and you can reuse them year round.

EcoBook #9- Pesticide Use

I found a whole shelf of pesticides, ranging from killing insects to weeds. This is a great example of pesticide use because these items are used in a lot of places, and are harmful to our environment and to humans.

EcoBook #8- Community

The ducks, in this picture, represents the form of a community. Just like a community of fish, we have a community of ducks.

EcoBook #7- Overpopulation

In the heart of Boston there are crowds of people. This is an example of overpopulation. There are a lot of human existence all over the world and we are causing environmental issues.

EcoBook #6- Biodiversity

The biodiversity in this picture are the different types of fish species.

EcoBook #5- Land Use

Our land was once filled with tress and habitats, but with our construction of buildings and housings we have changed that. Humans have changed the natural environment into an industrial life.

EcoBook #4- Native Species

Pigeons have been seen flying around us for a very long time. They probably arrived here on their own with out our involvement; arriving and evolving to survive in our environment.

EcoBook #3- Global Climate Change

Summer time is known for it's hot temperature. People going to the beach and enjoying the beautiful weather; however, it has not always been smooth sailing.

As you can see in this picture, the temperature on June 28 was in the 60's and rainy. The rest of the week had a temperature in the highs 70, but the weather does not seem too pleasant; it's going to be cloudy, sunny, rainy, and few thunderstorms.

Summer is not normally associated with these bad weather. This is a result of global climate change.

EcoBook #2- Water pollution

The water is polluted with trash, rappers, dead leaves, and dirt. Also, as I was taking this picture I noticed there was also a dead fish.

EcoBook #1- Land Pollution

This picture relates to land pollution because the trash, as you can see in the picture, has been placed there by us. We are destroying our environment because we are throwing our trash  on the ground; resulting to land pollution.
